Edgar J. Steele Framed by Feds AND THE LAW IS ON OUR SIDE

Edgar J. Steele is being framed by the feds for a murder-for-hire plot against his wife. Apparently the truth is, the Feds were trying to murder his wife. Any info or thoughts on this? I sent the following to Mr. Steele's defense counsel and it is indicated as forwarded to them.

The measures taken to Mr. Steele’s communication are in flagrant violation of numerous federal
laws, regulations, and criminal statutes. Why is his attorney not serving a littany of criminal
complaints to the grand jury and filing them in the trial itself as remand and appeal material?
While they are prosecuting Mr. Steele you should not argue on the evidence so much as complain
about each criminal act of everyone involved from the prosecutor to the FBI agents and on down
the food chain.

They have suborned perjury. The FBI manufactured the explosives so file criminal complaints
against them. The ADL invented the whole frameup so complain against them and tie all of them
together in a RICO civil and criminal complaint.

Get aggressive and exhaust every avenue of attack and defense or the government will likely
kill Mr. Steele.

The fiery furnace that Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego endured was a littany of false accusations of breaking defacto laws that violated the organic law. The accused stood on the real law and were absolved of the accusations.

The flame and fire of Jacob kindling to burn the tares is going to begin in the courthouses across this country and already is. Men are walking in and instead of defending themselves against criminal prosecutions, they are pulling out the real law and showing how the prosecutors are actually the ones in criminal violation.

The fire that is Jacob is a grassfire...grassroots...and the tares are all through our judicial system, the one place where we can reach out and sledgehammer them with the law. There are numerous remedies in the law for burning the tares, even if it is just one reed at a time.

We as a people need to learn the law and avail ourselves of the remedies in it. When they bring us before their tribunals we need to turn the tribunals on their heads. Just like the Hebrews in the lion's den and the furnace...we will keep and declare Yahweh's law (the real law of the land, constitution) and show the enemies of freedom are breaking His law to prosecute us.

As thousands of us become more astute in how to file criminal and civil complaints, we can and likely will bankrupt the babylonian cash register court system, and the rest of the babylonian economy will die from terminal constipation. Most lawyers only know procedure and are clueless as to what the law actually says; so when we put the law on the court, they MUST rule on it. Any judge who rules against the law automatically loses judicial immunity and subjects himself to tort claims and criminal charges. On appeal you can destroy that judge's career and men have done this, just not enough men. We can learn the law, and when confronted with the beast, force the law into the court. If you don't object to a trespass, the court will assume you don't claim your rights and allow the other parties' claims to stand. You must raise the issues of law.

We must learn the Law. Not just the biblical law, but how it has been codified into our constitutions, our various statutes at large, and in the illegitimate revised statutes which still have plenty of provisions to go after the tares in criminal and civil court.

This motion for bailment is not even the proper motion. It should be a writ for habeas corpus with numerous criminal complaints against the prosecutors, cops, and judges in support of the motion and briefing. This lawyer has no idea what he is doing. He is either following "accepted" procedure or selling Steele up the crick.

The motion for bail is admitting to the legitimacy of the action and does not attack the nature and style of the case as presented by the government, who all had to conspire and commit numerous felonies just to get Mr. Steele into jail in the first place. The ignorance of these lawyers is astounding. Steele has all manner of remedies: Criminal complaints, habeus, notice of detainer and charge of moneys for denial of rights, civil and punitive action for damages, and the lawyers almost never go after this stuff when those who do often prevail and cause cops to get fired and imprisoned.

By going after Mr. Steele the prosecution is representing a fraud to the court. This alone involves several federal felonies under USC 18 Pt. I, Sec. 47 § 1001, § 1038, § 1018, USC 18 Pt. I Chap. 13 (the entire list of subsections), USC 18 Chap 15, Chap 39, Chap 41, Chap 55, Chap. 73, Chap. 79, Chap. 95, Chap. 96, Chap. 115. The prosectution and all officers involved have violated DOZENS of the crimes listed in the criminal code and the defense doesn't bother to point this out and file it with every motion and brief in support? Are you kidding me? The jury gets to see those criminal complaints filed into the court, and if the judge suppresses them from the jury then the judge is in violation, conspiracy to secrete exculpatory evidence and unlawful withholding of discovery. The law is on our side, we just need to use it and have lawyers who won't "upset the apple cart" put in jail where they belong.
