Darkness Within- Poem (1)

I've been asked by a few people to post the poems i wrote. So, here are a few. Comments and opinions are always welcomed:

Darkness Within
A true story
Darkness Darkness Where shall it be but everywhere inside of me,
All this Hatred and all this pain always flowing through my veins
When Will I Wake from the Torment of my life
All I Do is Sin Every day disgracing Him in Everyway.
Now I’m a Failure a big Disgrace
Not even worthy of being a part of His Created Race
When will I die, when will I cry.
Will My God Help Me Through My Darkened phase

Little history: This is the very first poem i ever wrote without taking a poetry class or anything. The Christian school i was attending took this poem as meaning i was going to "blow up the school....and suicidal" forcing me to take a session with a mental-doctor to aid my issues. Later on that same year i submited it to an online poetry contest and won a medal, Editors Choice Awards and a Crystalin trophy.

Legalman:

That's a very honest, confessional piece. It's very sad that the school thought of you as a potential "terrorist", but it only goes to prove how brainwashed people are and it's likely because you used a dirty word: race. Truth tellers are always considered a threat to the establishment.

So a confessional in poetic form was considered a threat to your CHRISTIAN school? Amazing. Just goes to show how truly wayward the bhaal worshippers are.
