I love garlic, thanks.

For a cold I use coltsfoot, just wanted to put this here because Winter is coming down-under and coltsfoot can stop a cold even once it has onset.

I sometimes toss some garlic and water/juice in the Vitamix and just drink it. Good stuff.

Good stuff is right.

I chop garlic into (live) yoghurt, two cloves/day average.
Can add honey to this if desired.
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

I ran across an article concerning garlic, how it crosses the blood brain barrier and is poisonous to brain cells. Read and decide for yourself. http://www.relfe.com/wp/health/beware-garlic-toxic/
