Thanks for this reminder of who were are not. Here's a heart-warming story out of Sudan--a man who rapes his neighbor's goat is forced to pay the owner a dowry and marry the goat as his wife:

While many Judeo-Christians would find this behavior outrageous, the U.S. Supreme Court legalized this type of union in 1967 in the Loving vs. Virginia ruling, deeming bans on inter-racial marriage unconstitutional, essentially legalizing bestiality. Since that time, as Bill pointed out, bestiality has become so widespread in the U.S. that nearly one-third of families have an inter-species marriage:

The point of the OP is how romantically attractive the documentary makes Dinka life to be. Then again, I did not yet watch the whole thing.

Sorry Bill, I did miss your updated post. I had already read the OP and tried to play it before Staro so I only read his comment.

These people have cows urinating on their heads in filth and disease while the narrator talks about an ancient way of life and intelligent culture. It is like these people live in another world, far far away from reality. It is 'romanticizing' the dinka, I certainly agree with that.

The nigger had to give away all it's cattle to the family as a dowry, being left with nothing. Basically just selling the daughter for their own gain as apefricans use to sell their own offspring.

I watched the "clip" posted, apparently the Doc. is much longer.( 2 hrs)
It is absolutely beyond my comprehension how any Adamic man or woman
would find anything remotely "romantic" or even attractive to this vile,
disgusting and meaningless way of "Life". Most of the dialogue with the
hormone driven Dinka "gentleman" is dubbed in what i believe is portuguese,
so I missed much of his deep and profound spiritual philosophy, so maybe
I am a little hasty in my judgement..
