I think most men look around and decide that women who have had dozens of partners are not worth committing to, and when men do not want to commit to women and lose interest in that, they have little need to work 50-60 hours per week, they have little need to obtain high-paying professional employment, because they can provide for their own immediate needs working 30 hours per week and then use the rest of their time to do whatever suits them.
Women control sex, men control commitment. Women decide when sex happens, men decide when commitment happens. If men are not committing to women it is NOT the fault of the men, the men have measured the women and found them wanting in one or more categories, in other words the men have evaluated the women and found them unworthy of commitment.
