question regarding crucifixion and resurrection

question regarding crucifixion and resurrection

Postby MikeTheAdamite » Thu Dec 19, 2013 1:38 pm

The other topics seem to deal with the Passover and Sabbaths.I was wondering if it is important to remember the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ?
If they are to be remembered, then how?(not with easter eggs for sure).
Maybe it has been discussed but Ive not seen it.

Ok thanks Mark,I had thought as much. But how do we remember them?with a meal?a,prayer?or do we simply remember them?
Of course I know about Christmas and Easter!
I do think that there is no harm in using Christmas and Easter to remember Christ.I will actually be sending biblical Christmas cards to family members to hopefully stare some theistic thoughts into their atheistic minds,it surely can't do Any harm??

We remember Christ by following His example, fighting for our race and enjoying communion together, noting the good work He did. There is no specific observance but to live it out with our very lives. This is why the observance -- Passover -- being a shadow of the glory to come is so incredibly inferior to the work itself. What does a symbolic observance help our race when compared to the Good News, positive Christianity, the salvation of our race and the purging of others from this planet?
