That's the rapper known as MC Speedbump. He got more chill rhymes than an ice cream truck got chimes. If anyone was concerned, it turns out the truck wasn't damaged, other than a large greasy spot that required a pressure washer to remove.

I believe he lost because of procedural issues and because he failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.

Along with the fact that he was unable to show who in the DEA allowed the tape to be leaked or that the DEA as an organization failed to undertake reasonable measures to protect his privacy/identity.



In his suit he wrote-

"White supremacy organizations have used the videotape to ridicule black Americans in general and Mr. Paige in particuar.."
