African Youth Rape 10 Y.o. Danish Girl

A girl of 10 years was raped in a forest near the Danish town of Herning on Saturday night. Her one year younger friend managed to escape.

The two girls of 9 and 10 years was lured into the woods in Gullestrup, a suburb of Herning, by a man. The oldest of the girls were raped, while the youngest got away, according to Danish police.

Threatened in the woods
- There is a case of a completed rape of the 10-year-old girl. The younger of the two managed to escape, and had notified her family, said the duty of Middle- and West-Jyllands Police department in Holsebro, Jens Claumarch to Jyllands-Posten's online edition.

The two girls were on a playground at a day care when the young man approached them and threatened them with him into the woods.

- He threatened the girls that they would be stabbed with a knife, if they disobeyed. The girl who escaped, fled home to her parents, who immediately took to the scene. There, as one of the family members witnessed the alleged perpetrator, but he managed to escape, says Claumarch.

The offender is described as a man between 16 and 18 years, of African appearance. Police would like to get in contact with a woman who may have seen something.

- We would love to get in contact with a woman who was out for a walk with a German Shepherd in the area at the time the rape occurred, said Claumarch.
