Bill, I'm convinced that "John Fisher" is, in fact, Jeromy Visser--they have the same perverted misuse of the Enlgish language, with a heavy scatological flourish.

Pearl Jam seems to have written a song that suits Visser to a "T":

I can't believe I read the whole thing. Yeah, it's the dirty preacher. The syntax is like a fingerprint. His lack of intelligence is reflected in the repetition of the false accusation and thus... a devil. What a piece of worthless rotting flesh. So vile is the dirty preacher, that maggots would turn up their nose at the sight of his corpse.
