4 Years of Christogenea Visitor Stats Summarized

I promised this on a podcast a few weeks ago, so here it is. I began accessing Google Analytics visitor data for Christogenea on January 15th, 2010, figuring that Google was collecting it regardless, so I may as well access what they are getting.

Here is a screen capture of the Google Analytics visitor summary for the four years ended 1-14-2014, which is exactly four years of data, and also happens to be the day I switched to the new site :

Here is their breakdown of visitors by country, in case anyone is curious as to where the visitors are coming from. There are a few disappointments here, LOL:

Here are the latest Alexa rankings for Christogenea for the pertinent period, from 1-15-2014:

Alexa rankings are based in part on this data, and they do their best to collect it for everyone. Alexa is not as accurate, but they try like hell. Things like visitors and page counts are counted in several different ways. My server statistics have much higher visitor numbers and page-views per visit than Google does, but the page-views per visit are lower than Alexa's, which are probably over-estimated by them for all websites.
