In September, 2009, after several experiments, I began the Mein Kampf Project with a content management system that I implemented on the main site in November of that year.
On January 16th, 2010 I decided to begin using Google Analytics. I figured I may as well, since Google, Alexa, Quantcast and other web statistics services were capturing all of the visitor data they could anyway. Most browsers have options which request websites not to track them, if end users insist upon privacy - but there is, unfortunately, no real privacy on the web unless a user is savvy enough to set up his own proxy server.
Here is some of the Google Analytics overview data for Christogenea the first three years it was employed, from January 16th, 2010 through January 15th, 2013. This roughly corresponds to the second through the fourth years of website operation. The images below may be clicked for the original screen captures.
The visitor globe on the main website corresponds rather closely with the number of unique visitors counted by Google.
The dip at the end is because January, 2013 is only half a month.
