Regarding the upcoming "holiday" season, should CIer's decline invitations to "Christmas" parties with family and friends?

As far as xmas parties and the like, definately. However with family its a little different, i rarely see mine so i still make an effort to see them on xmas, not bc i support the pagan holiday, only to spend time with my kin.

I would visit with White family and friends who celebrate Christmas. While I understand that this holiday is not biblical I have always enjoyed the pretty lights and decorated tree. It's my favorite time of year. It's just a cultural thing. This year will be the first year that my wife and I have a living space bigger than a sardine can. She wants a big tree and that's fine with me. Like I said I just like the way the tree looks. It's relaxing. I like listening to my Christmas albums, drinking egg nog and watching yule log.

Ok. Fire away.

If the movie version of hell were air conditioned, had the perfect ambiance of lights and fragrance, played your favorite music, had your friends and family fellowship wonderfully and it put a smile on your face, it would still be hell. Christ mass is still what it is.

When my mom and dad were alive, I reluctantly went to their annual dinner, because I was torn between obeying God's command of rejecting pagan holy days and honoring thy mother and father. I choose the latter. Now that they are dead, my wife and I can enjoy the day like every single other day of the year without the trappings of Xmas.

If I were by myself I wouldn't bother. There's already enough daily fighting going on here over my CI beliefs. It doesn't seem wise to start yet another fight over this. I doing my best to not get a divorce.

Btw, the "yule log" I refer to is just a videotape of a fireplace burning. Are fireplaces evil?

I don't think it's the worst thing in the world. I do remember Wesley Swift did not oppose Christmas. I know it has pagan origins and may not be the best way to celebrate the birth of our Saviour. Regardless, is it the worst thing in the world? A lot of CI and especially South African Israelites are fiercely against Christmas, but personally I'm more concerned about cultural degeneracy, Hollywood movies, schools promoting faggotry and transexuality and race-mixers. I think we can nit-pick Christmas when we've solved the above evils. Until that time I'm much more concerned with our everyday evils, not a celebration which hasn't done our race any real evil.

If you want to boycott and persecute a holiday then how about Halloween. An obviously pagan and satanic day with no Christian benefits.

It probably isn't the worst thing in the world, but given how bad the worst thing is, I would say that not being the worst thing doesn't say much about how acceptable a thing is.

I think you're right to be more concerned with these things, but should this necessarily mean that christmas is afforded no concern?

But it does do our race evil in their practice of pagan idolatry, rampant consumerism and incitement of depression.

I am an avid persecutor of Halloween, lol.

Christmas just seems to be one of those clear cut things which is so easy to avoid. Once we resolve that it is bad, then there is no excuse to keep that resolution. Like not eating pork, it is good practice in drawing the line with our families when it comes to God's law. When we can manage these smaller things then keeping the greater law in greater matters becomes easier in my opinion.

My family has never been done harm by my and my wife's lack of attendance at Christmas. I'm sure to show them through my actions during the rest of the year that I care for them and want to see them. In this way, I am further unburdened by rituals meant to make families feel closer than they actually are. So many seem content with knowing they'll see each other at Christmas and that's that.

Having said all that, would it be the worst thing in the world to avoid christmas?

Just wait, the two holy days are getting closer and closer. Then what? It really will be three months of one continuous Black Fridays brought to you by the jewish merchant. And I would say that Xmas is more satanic than Halloween, being that it has the pretense of being Christian.
