This seems to be a fairly common occurrence in the varying Mongoloid govt. chambers. I've seen it in China and Japan too. I have never seen any footage of civilized white govt. gatherings becoming reduced to such ridiculous activity even when tolerating, with great patience, an insanely stupid elected negro official who insists on wasting our time and tax dollars debating the "reality" of an Island possibly "flipping over" in the water!!!
