Act 2:17 is a reiteration of Joel 2:28; the context of "all flesh" is all Israelites. The word 'prophecy' can also mean 'to teach.' If predicting the future has ceased, then the logical application is that the sons and daughters would be teaching the real Good News in the last days. "Where there is no vision, the people perish” Proverbs 29:18. If you recall the Disciples asking Christ for a sign (prophecy) in Mt. 24, He didn't give them any specific time table, although there have been false prophets for the last 2000 years who have been more than happy to prophecy "the end." I don't think the timing is as important as is the message of Christ. We should always be prepared to meet Him at any time.

Bill has done an excellent job in discerning the prophecies of Revelation.
I would highly recommend both his published work [ ChristReich] as well
as his podcast series, to put to rest the many speculations of the so-called
"Futurist's". It is very important for us to spend the time necessary , in
study of our history, to fully understand where exactly we are, in time,
as to the fulfilment of the Revelations of Yashua. Bill has concluded
that all prophecies up to chapter 17 , has in fact come to past.
I , through my own historical research, can find no reason to disagree.
We now await the fall of "Mystery Babylon", chapter 18, to bring us to
the "Wedding feast of the Lamb". Very soon, I pray......

In my opinion, I think that Revelations is the last book before the second coming. But sometimes I catch myself thinking if in the Kingdom new books can possibly be written, or if even a new bible could be written.
