A recent discovery of a gold Viking-era crucifix in Denmark is believed to be the oldest crucifix ever discovered in that country.

Much to the chagrin of pagans and odinists, this crucifix clearly attests to the undeniable fact that the Vikings themselves readily accepted Christianity--and rejected paganism--far earlier than historians had previously believed.
