Brown V Board of Ed. Proceedings Prove Deadly

I thought that this might be appropriate being the sixtieth anniversary of this, not as much as a legal milestone as a legal millstone being placed around our nations neck.

One interesting note, among many others, is that when John W. Davis, attorney for the defense, who had tried one hundred forty cases in the Supreme Court was stated as saying "I think we've got it won five to four or maybe six to three." The case goes into recess. The court decides little over five months later for some reason that a second round of arguments is necessary and schedules them for a later date. Two months after the announcement to hear new arguments chief Justice dies of an unexpected heart attack. President Ike "The Swedish jew" Eisenhower nominated California Governor Earl Warren (later of the JFK Warren Commission cover-up) to replace Vinson as interim Chief Justice. After the sudden death of Justice Jackson, Wow, who knew that being a Supreme court Justice could be so deadly, President Ike "The Swedish jew" Eisenhower nominated John Marshall Harlan, the grandson of the lone dissenter in Plessy, to fill the vacancy. The fix was in.
