STUDY in ROMANS

While studying Romans I cane across the verse and now it is stuck in my head. Rom 9:21 ''Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?" I think this lends to predestination and completely shatters the "free will" heresy.
