Greek Pronunciation for Dummies, Part 1

For all of the curious out there who cannot understand how certain Greek words should be pronounced, here is something for you.

If the Greek letter iota is pronounced like the "i" in machine, the the Greek word SION is pronounced See-on. Yes, it is that simple.

Now the clowns want to question how we should use a Greek pronunciation of a Hebrew word.

And they imagine that the ancient Hebrews who wrote the Septuagint could not pronounce their own language?

Or they imagine that the apostles of Christ did not know as much Hebrew as the kikes of today?

The Septuagint writers certainly did know Hebrew, and so did the apostles who wrote the New Testament.

And they wrote "SION" in Greek letters wherever we see "Zion" in our modern Bibles.

BUT if they wanted it pronounced in Greek the way that the kikes of today pronounce it, they would have written "ZEION", or at least "SEION". See the "ei" dipthong in the page from Strong's pronunciation guide supplied in the posts above.

Do not take it for granted that today's jews are authorities in ancient Hebrew! If you do, then you probably get your Bible lessons from them as well!

No wonder there are so many universalists claiming to be CI

Wow, aren't our adversaries stupid, thinking they are smart.
