It's interesting how sympathetic this article is toward the Aghori, stressing how these animals are actually "good" cannibals because they don't kill people to eat them--they merely fish rotting corpses out of the Ganges for dinner...

"It's all an illusion" and "we are all one" ...seems to be pretty standard new-age thinking.

There are many religions, sects, and cults throughout the world that are practiced by people of all nationalities and races. All of them have their own true way towards what essentially all human beings want, a final answer and transcendence to ultimate truth. As disconcerting as the practices of the Aghori may be, should they not be allowed to pursue their own path to what we all seek? Who can say? Whether one agrees with their practices or not, the secretive, cannibalistic, magic practicing cult of the Aghori still exists in India and shows no sign of disappearing any time soon. One can only wonder if their bizarre way of life has truly shown them the way to the enlightenment they seek.

Who can say if a brick house is better than a mud-hut ...who can really say whether eating a corpse is any different to eating anything else. It's all subjective, that is what it is all about; 'transcending' any values or objective truths. Complete debasement.

The Indians really are the most disgusting race on Earth. Negroes and Chinese will live in squalor and eat questionable things, but usually only when starving or frenzied. Indians seem to prefer it.

They actually are filthy, from their language to their food.

I should know, I have the great misfortune of having to work for a family of curry-munchers, all of whom drive exotic sports cars and drench themselves in cologne to hide their stench.

Let me explain something for those of you lucky enough not to have worked with or for Indians: in a nutshell, they believe that we (as in non-Indians) are meant to serve them in this life and contribute towards their earthly success, and in return we members of the 'lower caste' will be reincarnated as a better life form in our next life. They conduct all of their business in the financial world based on this ideology.

A friend of mine used to work for the same company as me, and was told all this by a disgruntled member of the Indian family that has run our company to the ground.
