In Australia you can now be imprisoned for years for offending someone. Brandon O'Connell was imprisoned for 3 years for offending some jew.

If I am offended by some bastard, it is likely I will be in gaol. How do you measure 'offending someone', how do you determine if someone was offended or harmed.

You are allowed to debate online, or your home ...but you cannot say things in public or at work that will offend people. Brandon OConnell offended a jew and went to gaol for three years, the jew is whining that it wasn't long enough.
