Well, this "Ott-house" is very sanitary, and very few "city boys" will ever see the inside of it, lol

It would probably be better to say the house of Ott, which I suspect would have the welcome mat out for all brethren.

I may be wrong, but in Australia we call outhouses 'out'-houses. I think this because that is how family members have referred to them the few times I have seen one.
