I'm interested in locating some good resources of a history of the Jesuits being crypto-jews. Especially presented from a Christian Identity perspective. Any writings, research and web links would be appreciated on my part.

There aren't many--if any--history books written from a true CI perspective. Bill is the only scholar that I know of who does actual historical analysis from what I would consider a consistently reliable CI point of view. I'd recommend you listen to Bill's podcasts on "Revolution in Europe":

That said, one of the best starting places to understand the "Jesuits" and their subversion is the book by Maurice Pinay, "The Plot Against The Church". While Pinay emphasizes the "freemason" infiltration of the Church, you can be pretty certain he's talking about crypto-jews posing as Jesuits. He does have a good chapter on "Jews As Founders Of Freemasonry":
