I met with the fellow from my wife’s church for about two hours. Basically it went nowhere. My impression is that he did not believe that I was there for the stated reason. That reason being that I feel that I have an obligation to meet with any White person that feels that they can debunk CI lest my wife get the impression that I cannot defend my position and think that she is correct in her views. I was accused several times of trying to convert him to White Supremacism. Attempting to bring a lost brother or sister to an understanding of CI is by default one aspect of such a meeting but it wasn’t my primary objective. This fellow made it clear that I wasn’t going to convert him to hate as if I was going to go home and bang my head against the wall for being a failure. “You’re wasting your time” he said to me. I then had to correct him explaining that it was not a waste of time at all because one day when he goes before God my words will be used against him. I was accused of committing the spiritual equivalent of cheating on my wife by abandoning judeochristianity. I was accused of persecuting my wife for being critical of her refusal to open a Concordance. I was told by this fellow “I don’t debate scripture” which I thought was amusing. “Of course you don’t, that’s why you have these unscriptural ideas” I replied. It was very difficult to get this guy to stay on one passage of scripture long enough to have a meaningful discourse.
At one point he started quoting Ephesians 2;
1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
I stopped him and made him reread these verses pointing out the distinction made between those whom Paul is addressing [Adamites] and the children of disobedience [the non-Adamites]. This distinction is further alluded to in verse three where the Christians Paul is addressing are described as having been by their [unregenerated] nature children of wrath, even as others. Who are these others? They can only be the non-Adamic races who’s natural state is always contrary to God and is unredeemable.
A pretty clear distinction between disobedient White folks and creatures that are by definition children of disobedience [violations of kind after kind]. He refused to address my point here and just jumped on to something else.
I was asked when the first Concordance was printed and I didn’t know the answer. This was evidence in his mind that my insistence that Concordances are important was a bunch of nonsense. So this was essentially how this rollercoaster ride progressed for two hours. He refused to address the issue of Noah being perfect in his generations. This is some nefarious twisting of the meaning of the word perfect by “you people”. He refused to address my question concerning why Jesus said that he spoke in parables lest certain ones be converted. Instead he made a big ta-doo over the fact that I used the word riddles instead of parables. When I told him to put the word aside for a minute and stick to the issue he responded as if I said to put God’s Word aside. And so it went on. My questions about turning the other cheek versus buying a sword were met with the usual “he who lives by the sword…” sophistry which attempts to blind Yahweh’s people to the God given right and responsibility for personal and national defence. When I asked him flat out if we should abolish all military he had no answer, of course. God forbid you make a mistake when dealing with these types. Regarding self defence I mentioned what I thought was an OT passage concerning a “strong man being armed”. I was unable to find the passage fast enough and he started to harp on Luke 11:21-22;
When the strong man, fully armed, guards his own dwelling, his goods are safe. But when someone stronger attacks him and overcomes him, he takes from him his whole armor in which he trusted, and divides his spoils.
Of course this passage is describing the uselessness of weaponry in the hands of the godless. But according to this fellow this is proof that weapons have no place in the hands of God’s people. This of course is ridiculous as evidenced by numerous bible passages such as Proverbs 25:26;
“A righteous man who falters before the wicked is like a murky spring and a polluted well”
or Exodus 22:2;
“If the thief is found breaking in, and he is struck so that he dies, there shall be no guilt for his bloodshed”
And that was pretty much it. .
