Homestead Dairying / "Micro Dairying"

Here is a link to a company that specialises in advising and supplying hardware for a small dairy operation (3-10 cows), and for the processing of the milk for local supply.

Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Matthew 7 16-19 KJV

This is a great idea for those wanting to market to the local community and still stay with their state laws.

We milk a beautiful little cow and the whole setup consists of a stainless steel bucket, strainer and glass jars :) Raw milk is some of the best food on the planet, imho. She feeds her calf also so we have enough for our daily needs. We don't sell to anyone else.
