Chlorophyll and the alkaline body

There are two basic concepts of good health which ought to be the start of our every day.

The first is the intake of chlorophyll. Basically it comes down to eating dark green, leafy vegetables. See this link: http://www.wheatgrasskits.com/40pointsofwheatgrass.htm
Keep in mind that chlorophyll is only one atom away from being a red blood cell. The difference is that at the center of chlorophyll there is magnesium and at the center of red blood there is iron.

Secondly, our bodies are alkaline by nature, however modern diets cause our bodies to become acidic. See this link: http://www.balance-ph-diet.com/acidosis_symptom.html

It's a good thing to start the day with some freshly squeezed lemon juice (dilute it with water). This will supercharge your body with vitamin C (and others) and will raise your alkalinity levels. Then have a green smoothie or some green juice made with leafy green vegetables, carrots for extra nutrition and apple to make it taste good. This will give your body some chlorophyll as well as further increase your alkalinity levels.

Doing this will make you feel better each day and prevent all kinds of illnesses (or at the very least aid your body in beating them).

By the way, my wife gets bronchitis every Winter to the point where she coughs up blood and her lungs fill with fluid. Last winter (June 2012 here in the Southern hemisphere) we had the mildest case yet and could barely even call it bronchitis. It was also her first Winter without taking ANY medication. This all has happened since our morning lemon juice and green smoothie. Thank God for His provision and insight.

We started eating all organic/free-range foods some months ago as well and the benefits are amazing.

Hallelujah for your wife's improved health!

Good health starts with diet. We've been eating free range meats and eggs and organic vegetables in our household for several years now.

I've also heard that apple cider vinegar is good. Recently I stumbled across this article, but haven't validated it:
