I agree. It's really a shame that we have to go to these lengths just to get water that isn't poisoning our bodies with toxins courtesy of the pharmaceutical companies. I think in some US states you can actually get a tax deduction for installing water filtration devices.

We shouldn't be paying these illegal taxes anyway...

Yeah... a pure spring would be ideal, but next to impossible to achieve. :( I had to add minerals and carbonate back into my fish tanks when I lived with my parents because they have a system. The trace minerals and carbonate buffers are essential to maintaining life. It sure would be nice if we didn't have to basically manufacture our own water to ensure its quality.
