Al's Judgement Day Seedline Squash Burger

My wife left me the duty of peeling and cubing a big squash for soup tomorrow. I had some left over guts and seeds which I sauteed in some olive oil. I then mixed it up with chopped beef and Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple seasoning topped with Velveeta slices.

Looks really good Staro. I think what Americans call 'squash' we might call pumpkin. I only know squash as these little yellow button zucchini-like things.

An Australian burger always has beetroot, and tomato sauce, bbq sauce, a fried egg. We don't have any fancy cheeses really, just cheese. lol.

My wife makes some great muffins from zucchini and/or the yellow squash that you describe. Aussie burgers sound good.
