HELLO from ALABAMA
Posted: Sat May 23, 2015 11:46 pmMy name is Phillip. I have been a CI believer since the mid 80's (yes I am old). I completed the A.I.T. course in 88 and submitted all my "accomplishments" (graduation certificates from several CI groups that existed then) and was ordained by the New Christian Crusade Church, Metairie, La. My favorite CI ministers are Wm. Finck (of course), Clifton Emahiser and Robert Balacius. I think they are the best learned and teachers of our day. I have tried (unsuccessfully) to start a CI Study Group and hope this will help. I was born and somewhat raised a Southern Baptist dispensationalist. Tho I felt the tug of Yahshua as a very, very young man I never felt dispensationalism in my heart. In the early 80's I began a real spiritual quest and studied w/every group imaginable. It was when I stumbled upon the phrase "US/Israel" in an old copy of 'Calling Our Nation" my interest was truly piqued ! I soon discovered the American Institute of Theology in Newhall, Ca. (I think this was the location) and took their course. Of course this was a soul stirring experience and I knew I had finally found the truth, Praise Yahweh! New CI believers are truly blessed because way back then there were not many true CI pastors out there. Even today I have found out it is still easy to become side-tracked because we have true CI Ministers and then we have what a friend of mine called BI ministers, CI/Heresy. Now I have again been blessed by christogenea and a place to meet my like minded kindred. May Yah Keep and Bless You All ! Phillip
