How is one to know? It's very simple--you look to see if his "vision" contradicts Scripture, and anyone with even a small understanding of CI should immediately see that this is a complete fabrication, and not worth our time.
After only two minutes of reading, his "vision" unraveled for me. For example, he claims that David Koresh was a "prophet". Koresh was a Mormon, not a Christian. Koresh and his followers were race mixers, and many of the children who died in Waco were non-White. Yet, this Worley character claims that "the Lord" believed them to be "saints". Where in the Bible does Yahweh ever refer to mongrels as 'saints"?
He also claims that "The Lord" himself died with the Davidians at Waco:
"
For when Koresh and his people died here, so did I, suffering sure pain for all of you, but through Grace have we been reborn to save you from these evil persons you have placed upon your heads."
http://www.theamericanbible.com/revelat ... ltner.htmlThe "vision" is an example of classic double-mindedness: this "prophet" claims to be against race mixing, but then claims that mongrel race-mixed children are Christian martyrs. That is how we know this guy is a complete fraud.

It is for this filth that you murdered your Empire. It is this filth that elects, selects, your politicians." -- Ezra Pound
