Sarai/Sarah Fair at 65? racial?...

Postby Joe » Mon Sep 09, 2013 9:46 am

Is this to do with race (animals wanting White Women no matter what)?, I know there are other non-CI answers, but otherwise I don't see why a pharaoh would want her to wife ...I don't think she could have had a baby for the pharaoh. Was the pharaoh White at this time (I still have much to investigate).

The word 'fair' is used to identify Adamic people. I think the identity of Pharaoh and the demographics of Egyptian society changed after Moses returned to set his people free. Abraham offered Sarah as his sister out of fear. When she did bear a child in her 90's, it was a supernatural event. Just off the top of my head; I could be wrong.

How I see it is that our ancestors were more hardy and lasted longer. I read somewhere that they lived to around 130 years old in those days. Assuming that they lived 130 years then and we live around 70 years now, and assuming that the aging process can be linearly extrapolated, I'd say that she was the equivalent of a 35 year old woman then. Just a thought though.

It is also very likely that the pharaoh was White.

Didn't she laugh at the idea of being pregnant (at her age)?

Using my equation that would put her at age 48 when she became pregnant. At that age it is understandable that a woman might be worried about not being able to give birth. It's still borderline though.

My basic formula isn't an exact science

Interesting, both possibilities I guess. I think in ancient times Our people probably were much healthier and died much older. Some were obviously gifted in that they understood what we cannot grasp today and had the insight to see into the future ...with His Inspiration, of-course. We are not at the peak...

I found this in 2 Esdras, it might explain why people don't live as long anymore

5:48
He said to me, "Even so I have given the womb of the earth to those who from time to time are sown in it. 49For as an infant does not bring forth, and a woman who has become old does not bring forth any longer, so I have made the same rule for the world that I created."

50 Then I inquired and said, "Since you have now given me the opportunity, let me speak before you. Is our mother, of whom you have told me, still young? Or is she now approaching old age?"

51 He replied to me, "Ask a woman who bears children, and she will tell you. 52Say to her, 'Why are those whom you have borne recently not like those whom you bore before, but smaller in stature?' 53And she herself will answer you, 'Those born in the strength of youth are different from those born during the time of old age, when the womb is failing.' 54Therefore you also should consider that you and your contemporaries are smaller in stature than those who were before you, 55and those who come after you will be smaller than you, as born of a creation that already is aging and passing the strength of youth."
...and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

I've seen that before myself and it makes sense.

Having said that, I don't fully trust the content of the second book of Esdras (generally speaking).

My father's father was about 5'7", as was my father. My uncle, my father's brother, is about 5'9". My brother is about 5'10".

When I was a kid I loved meat and milk. Especially milk. I am 6'4" and with a 37" waist I weigh a hundred pounds more than my brother.

Sort of blows up the theory in 2 Esdras, I think.

My sons, and my daughter, are all over 6', but none are 6'4".

My mother's father was 6'2'' and my father's father was 6'4''. I'm 6'2'', my father is 6'0'' and my brother is 5'11''. Seems to be going the other way around; I don't think we can work with isolated cases.

Even so, I've seen it claimed that we are actually taller on average than Aryans from the middle ages.

Probably the only thing we can say for sure is that our ancient ancestors lived longer than us, which could be due to a myriad of reasons. Like I said as well, I don't think 2 Esdras is trustworthy.

Anyway, well-come to the master race club
