[I had these posts in with the Forum Policy notices, but figured they were not getting seen. Perhaps this may increase their visibility.]
It would be fitting for all newcomers here to read the article On Biblical Exegesis. That way, when you are chastised for inventing hare-brained theories and devising your own scriptures, you cannot say that you haven't been warned.

Due to the latest influx of non-Christians, sock-puppets, spammers and trolls, it is now mandatory that all newly approved users make a post in the Welcome section of the board describing in brief themselves and their interest in being here, before they will be admitted to posting on the board.
You do not have to give us a biography or a profession of faith, but we must know that you are sincere before approving your full membership here. Once you are accepted you will then be elevated to normal Registered User status.
If you are a "Newly Registered User" simply go to the Open House forum, go to the Welcome Pages subforum at the top, and begin a New Topic and introduce yourself. You will then be elevated to "Registered User" once one of our Admins approves you.
