Make sure the video you want to embed is a flash video (has an .FLV file extension).
Type "[ flv ]" (without the spaces), then paste in the entire URL for the video, i.e. "http://www.yourdomain.com/filename.flv" (without the quotes) and then type the closing tag "[ /flv ]" (again, without the spaces). That's it!
The fast way:
You will find a "flv" button above the box which you type a new post into. Press that, and then paste your URL in between the tags.
